| | | | | As G.M. of SHENG-BDO Ziv Haft, Yarden Zilber completed his executive MBA in China Europe International Business School, as well as a B.S.c in Electronic Engineering from Tel-Aviv University. Located in Shanghai, Yarden has over 6 years of business experience with the Chinese market specializing in investments and Business Development. Yarden has held prominent positions in start-up hi-tech companies and in the Israeli Air Force. Yarden is fluent in the Chinese language. | |  |
| | | | | | As the head of SHENG-BDO Ziv Haft's Office in Israel, Ilan Maor holds MBA from the Thames Valley University and B.A. with honor from the Tel Aviv University. Before joining SHENG-BDO Ziv Haft, Ilan headed the Economic Department responsible for Asia, Pacific and CIS region, at the Israeli Foreign Ministry, and was also the Head of the Israeli Negotiating team with the OECD. Between the years 2001-5 Ilan Maor served as the Consul General of Israel in Shanghai. In September 2004, Ilan was the first (and only) Israeli diplomat to be listed among the “100 Most Influential People in Israel Economy” list, published by the leading economic magazine “The Marker". | | |
| | | | | | An experienced professional in technology and VC/PE investment, Michael has an extensive operation, R&D and senior management experience with companies ranging from public listed U.S multinationals to technology start-ups, and served in the past as the GM of a business unit in a Fortune 500 company. Michael has also rich international background and has worked in the U.S, China, Singapore, and Hong Kong in the past. Michael holds a Ph.D in Physics from the University of Washington and a B.S in EE/Physics from the USTC in China. | | |
| | | | | | CPA, Senior Partner in the Ziv Haft Group and Head of the BDO Consulting Group. Mr. Ziv has over 15 years of experience in providing consulting and accounting services, particularly in the field of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and project finance. As part of his work, Mr. Ziv was involved in consulting to the leading firms in Israel and was in charge of the management and supervision of a variety of projects in both the private and the public sector. Mr. Ziv has extensive experience in guiding and consulting organizations in the fields of capital raising and capital structure, and has lead some of the most complex acquisitions and financial transactions in Israel. In addition, Mr. Ziv serves as Head of the Valuation Department in the BDO International Network. Mr. Ziv holds a BA in Accounting and Economics and an MA in Finance and Accounting from the Tel-Aviv University. | | |

Mr. Shmueli-Nisan has over 15 years of experience in consulting and management, including extensive experience in business, strategic and economic consulting. Mr. Shmueli-Nisan has conducted, among others, complex pricing projects, valuations and cost analyses for leading Israeli companies. In addition, he has acquired substantial experience in economic and strategic consulting in the fields of industry and technology. Over the years, Mr. Shmueli-Nisan had managed a number of major and complex telecommunications and internet projects. Mr. Shmueli-Nisan has guided a large number of public and private placements and consulted in merger and acquisition transactions conducted by companies in the industry, communications and software sectors. Mr. Shmueli-Nisan holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from the Ben-Gurion University and an MA in Economics from the Tel-Aviv University. | | |

Pazit lived in Shanghai for 4 years, and worked for the Consulate General of Israel in Shanghai in the Economic & Commercial department, where she accumulated her diverse experience in the Chinese market. | | |

She has 15 years’ experience in financial, HR, admin & logistics with USA, UK & Taiwan based companies in different fields. Before joining SHENG-BDO Ziv Haft, she severed as the head of Finance & Admin Division in one of the biggest testing servicing companys. She’s familiar with Laws of China in finance, tax & labor issues, as well as the operational procedures. | | |
