Erez Soffer
Chairman & CEO

CPA, has many years of experience in the provision of consulting and accounting services. Mr Soffer specializes in banking, finance, healthcare and non-profit organizations.  Mr. Soffer is highly knowledgeable and experienced in the fields of banking and finance and has been guiding the majority of banks in Israel in areas of audit, accounting counsel and risk management.  In addition, he has extensive experience in the capital market and has taken part in dozens of placements in Israel, the United States and the United Kingdom.  Mr. Soffer holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from the Ben-Gurion University and an MBA in Finance from the Tel-Aviv University.

Shahar Ziv
Chairman & CEO

CPA, has many years of experience in providing consultation and accounting services, particularly in the field of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and project finance.  As part of his previous position as head of BDO Consulting firm, Mr. Ziv consulted leading firms in Israel and was in charge of management and supervision for variety of projects in both the private and the public sector.  Mr. Ziv has extensive experience in guiding and consulting organizations in the fields of venture capital and capital structure, and has led some of the most complex acquisitions and financial transactions in Israel.  In addition, Mr. Ziv serves as Head of the Valuation Department in the BDO International Network.  Mr. Ziv holds a BA in Accounting and Economics and an MA in Finance and Accounting from the Tel-Aviv University.

Eyal Rubin

Adv. CPA, has over two decades of experience providing professional consulting in the fields of tax and commercial law. Over the years, Mr. Rubin has provided tax services to a wide range of clients, including Israeli market leaders.  Mr. Rubin has guided many of the most prominent transactions in the Israeli market and has acquired substantial experience in representing his clients with the Israeli tax authorities.  Mr. Rubin has published numerous articles on tax issues and is a highly experienced lecturer in both professional and academic forums.  Mr. Rubin is a member of the Tax Committee as well as additional tax committees of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel and of the Tax Legislation Committee of the Israel Bar.  Mr. Rubin holds a B.A. in Accounting from Bar-Ilan University and an LL.B. from Tel-Aviv University.

Yaron Peled

CPA, partner, member of the executive board and Head of BDO Consulting. Yaron has 25 years of experience in providing management consulting services, risk management and information systems advisory. Specializes in strategic management consulting, business risk management, performance improvement, information systems strategy, technological risk management, information systems analysis and cyber security. Yaron holds a BA in accounting and computer science an MBA in business administration specializing in information systems from Tel Aviv University. A member of the ISACA Israel board, with extensive experience as a lecturer at Tel Aviv University and the College of Management.

Avi Oz, Partner

Mr. Oz is in charge of the professional aspects of the Audit Division of BDO Ziv Haft and he is an Audit Partner within its Technology & Global Cluster. He also serves as a Regional Audit Advisor at BDO International. Mr. Oz has over a decade of experience in providing accounting and consulting services internationally, mainly in the Technology and Communication industries, to leading Israeli and International public and private companies, leading private companies in their IPO or Reverse Merger processes and leading various Due Diligence processes.

Dan Atias

Dan Attias- CPA, Head of the Real Estate Cluster and of the Jerusalem office. Has over 20 years of experience providing accounting services mainly in the Real Estate sector. Mr. Attias is highly experienced in the audit of large and medium-sized companies, placing an emphasis on the audit as a channel to additional consulting in areas of finance, taxation and internal controls within the organization. In addition Mr. Attias specializes specifically  in preparing companies for private capital raising and IPO's, M&A and in personal guidance of CEO's and CFO's on accounting and tax issues.
