Expert in Indirect Taxation, with over 12 years of cumulative experience at the Israel Tax Authority, during which he held a series of senior professional and managerial positions.
He began his career at the Authority as an auditor, later serving as a mentor for interns, conducting in-depth audits of public and private companies, and leading innovative tax initiatives in the fields of capital markets and real estate.
He was subsequently appointed as a Section Head in the VAT Professional Department at the Authority’s headquarters, where he was responsible for drafting professional opinions, interpretation guidelines, and implementation instructions; delivering professional training sessions; advising and guiding regional VAT offices; and actively participating in high-level professional committees.
In addition, he served as a professional referent and decision-maker in appeals at the Eilat VAT office, in accordance with the Free Trade Zone Law.
In his most recent role at the Authority, he served as Deputy Director of a Regional VAT Office, where he managed employee teams, led organizational processes, formulated and implemented professional policies, and represented the state in complex legal proceedings before judicial authorities.
In parallel to his day-to-day roles, from 2021 to 2025, he served as Director of the VAT Auditors Training Program. In this role, he led the course management team, training staff, lecturers, and over 110 trainees, while maintaining high professional standards and delivering high-quality training processes.
