Julie Raboy

Julie Raboy, CPA, is a Partner at BDO Israel and leads the firm’s IT Risk and Compliance practice. She has over 20 years of experience in IT consulting and auditing, data analytics, IT governance and risk management, IT strategy development, process automation, and the management and support of software projects.

Julie leads IT audit engagements across the firm’s audit portfolio and establishes the guiding principles for BDO Israel’s IT audit methodology. Previously, she served for two years as the professional coordinator for IT audit methodology across the global BDO network. As part of her role, Julie manages and supports projects involving the selection and replacement of financial, payroll, and human resources systems for government ministries and large organizations, including the Accountant General, the Israel Prison Service, and the Pension Administration.

Julie’s areas of expertise include IT General Controls (ITGC) audits, internal audits in the field of information technology, data audits, process and automated controls, as well as projects in governance, risk management and compliance (GRC), and the management of Segregation of Duties (SOD) frameworks. Her clients include government ministries, banks, government-owned companies, publicly traded companies listed on stock exchanges in Israel and around the world, and companies in the industrial and pharmaceutical sectors.

Julie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, an MBA with a specialization in Financial Management, and an MSc in Information Technology Management, all from Tel Aviv University. She is a licensed CPA certified by the Israel Accountants Council and holds a CISA certification from the international ISACA organization.
