SHIRI MALCA

Executive Summary

Adv. Shiri Malca is the head of the BDO Private Wealth unit, and the founder and owner of a law firm. She has 22 years’ experience in guidance for family strategic processes in the areas of private capital management, wealth management, intergenerational transfers, and strategies for conflict resolution and prevention in high-net-worth families. In this role, she is involved in providing guidance to families with complex capital, in and outside Israel.

Adv. Malca has extensive experience in guiding families through the challenges of wealth mapping and management, and has overseen the formulation of multigenerational agreements for the management of family businesses and bringing second and third generations into a business.

Adv. Malca gives lectures on this subject at universities and at the BDO Academy, as well as at professional training programs of the Israel Bar Association and additional professional forums.

Education

Adv. Malca holds an LL.B. degree and an LL.M. degree from Tel Aviv University. She has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2000. She has also studied Accounting and Mathematics at Tel Aviv University.
