Dr. Yogev has decades of experience as a consultant in the area of customer management strategy and service performance analysis. Guy advices the business and public sector and focuses on customer experience management, on the improvement of service processes, the marketing of services, digital transformation processes, setting up and operating service call centers, behavioral economics in a service environment, and in the internal service chain. He lectures on marketing and service in MBA programs at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Guy holds a B.Sc. in industrial engineering and management, an MBA, and a Ph.D. from Tel Aviv University.
