1. What does your company do? 

Bacsoft provides a complete solution for building and managing remote IoT, Monitoring, and Control applications. Bacsoft targets utilities and manufacturing companies around the world, helping them monitor remote machines on an ongoing basis.

The Bacsoft platform takes the complexity and risks out of IoT. Bacsoft provides instant wireless connectivity with a secured IoT cloud for any infrastructure, legacy or new. It is easy to set up, manage, configure scale-up, and build customizable, code-free business logic applications with Web & Mobile User Experience.

 

2. What was the challenge?

Bacsoft has identified an opportunity for an innovative solution to optimize maintenance strategy in the utility market – mainly Water and Energy.

This patent pending solution will drive the Energy & Utilities' Predictive Maintenance market growth by providing the highest quality solution and overcoming market adoption barriers.

To take the company to the next stage and increase its competitiveness in the market, the company was looking to validate the idea in two aspects:

• Validating the new product direction

• Understanding the buyers' challenges and purchase drivers in these industries
