CPA and Certified Tax Consultant, Partner, Head of the Options and Personal Tax Department in the Tax Cluster. Mr. Shalom has more than 10 years of experience in the provision of tax consulting services, particularly with respect to Israeli tax, including the preparation of personal returns and the handling of deductions assessment discussions on behalf of companies and non-profit organizations and income tax assessment discussions on behalf of individuals and companies. Mr. Shalom has also acquired substantial experience in the various aspects pertaining to the taxation of retirement grants and employee incentives as well as to social security and has issued opinions to this effect. Mr. Shalom specializes in individual taxation issues, taxation of the capital market, deductions, employee stock-options, social security and non-profit organizations.
Mr. Shalom holds a B.A. in Accounting from the College of Management Academic Studies Division and a Certified Tax Consultant Diploma from the College of Management.
